This section defines the legal framework for using Minyu. It outlines how data is processed, how responsibilities are shared, and under which terms the platform is provided.

The documents in this section are part of the operational contract between DoDone AB and its customers. They are written to clarify obligations, ensure transparency, and support compliance with applicable regulations, including GDPR.

Scope

The legal documents cover three main areas:

  • Data processing
    Defines how personal data is handled, including roles (controller vs processor), security measures, and data protection obligations.

  • Privacy
    Describes how information is collected, used, and protected when interacting with the platform and related services.

  • Service terms
    Specifies the conditions for using Minyu, including responsibilities, limitations, and general usage terms.
