Delete or anonymize personal data
GDPR deletion or anonymization is executed from the data interface.
Prerequisite: A GDPR configuration must exist before this action can be used — see Configure GDPR settings.
Open the data explorer
Navigate to:
Data → Data Explorer
Locate the row
Load the row representing the person whose data should be removed.
Open the action menu
Click the three-dot menu on the row.
Select:
Delete / Anonymize Data 'GDPR'
Confirm the operation
A confirmation dialog appears.
Click Execute.
Result
The system executes the configured removal rules:
- selected columns are anonymized
- selected tables are deleted
- related records are processed
Irreversible action
GDPR deletion operations cannot be undone.
